1、 During the start-up process, the water should be drained at least once every two hours.

2、 During the operation of the color sorter, the operation of the equipment and the effect of color selection shall be observed in real time. If you hear abnormal noise or the effect of color selection is not good, you must stop the machine for inspection immediately.

3、 After the machine is shut down, necessary finishing work shall be done. The dust on the glass of sliding, hopper and sorting box shall be removed to avoid blocking and rusting of the machine.

4、 Regularly check whether your cleaning brush is in place and keep the camera lens and glass clean.

5、 Clean the filter element regularly to prevent clogging.

6、 Check whether the brightness of the light tube is enough and normal, and prepare for replacement and repair in time.
