1、 Please install the color sorter on a horizontal and fixed platform that will not vibrate, check the level of the machine, use a level gauge to adjust the levelness of the machine ≤ 2 / 1000mm, and strengthen the supporting structure to prevent the effect of color selection from being affected by vibration or tilt. Note: the four foot discs of the color sorter must be placed on the supporting pillars of the platform! In order to achieve the best stress effect.

2、please do not install the color sorter in the low temperature, high temperature, humid and dusty places, try to keep the ambient temperature of the color sorter within 0-40 ℃.

3、 Please avoid installing the color sorter in the environment with strong electromagnetic interference, such as electric welding, high frequency emission, etc.

4、 Please avoid installing the color sorter in the place where there is direct sunlight and strong light from the lamp.

5、 In order to prevent electrostatic interference, iron pipes are required to be used for the inlet, outlet and exhaust pipes, non-metallic pipes are avoided, and good grounding is required.

6、 Please avoid installing the color sorter and the high-power equipment on the same power supply line, so as to prevent the power supply voltage of the color sorter from reducing too much due to the sudden start of the high-power equipment, which will affect the normal operation of the color sorter. Note: separate power supply circuit must be used for color sorter power supply.

7、 The rice hopper of the color sorter must be suspended to ensure that the rice hopper will not squeeze the whole color sorter when storing rice, resulting in the deformation of the color sorter due to the long-term uneven stress, affecting the color selection effect.

8、 There must be enough space around the operation platform of color sorter for operation, inspection, maintenance, repair, etc. generally, more than 60cm space should be left around.
